  • Gamekeeper recruitment using our existing contacts to approach the most suitable candidates as well as arranging advertising in the sporting press, if required
  • An independent staff appraisal service, providing an objective assessment of individuals and their working environment to assist you in the effective management of your employees
  • Assessing training requirements, implementing a programme of staff development and monitoring future training needs
  • Helping to develop and implement workplace policies/procedures
  • The resolution of staff grievances including the provision of a workplace mediation service
  • Recruitment of temporary and permanent staff by the most suitable means, whether that be advertising or discreetly liaising with appropriate agencies
  • Interviewing candidates, short-listing, reporting on each, arranging final interviews
  • Arranging additional or specialist help for functions and other occasions
