Full Management Services

If you do not live near your property, do not have the time to effectively manage your property or do not want the stress and worry of failing to meet your statutory requirements with the ever changing Government legislation, this service is for you!

When opting for our Full Management service, GSC Grays will take care of everything for you – you can simply enjoy the income that your property generates, and we will handle all day to day issues that occur during the tenancy, including:

  • Prepare a Tenancy Agreement / renewals
  • Rent collection / preparation of Landlord Statements
  • Deposit Protection and preparation of a detailed inventory report
  • Check in and out services
  • Arrange for safety check renewals (Landlord gas safety tests / Electrical installation / PAT testing / Energy Performance Certificate)
  • Periodic inspections
  • Highlight any suggested property improvements
  • Address any maintenance issues, we will (within the confines of our Management Agreement) and after consultation with you, arrange or recommend any necessary repairs.
  • Review rents (upon client request)
  • Assist with end of tenancy deposit disputes (within the confines of The Deposit Protection Service guidelines)
