Our clients are actively diversifying into new enterprises to generate additional income streams outside their core business.  Often this can mean new residential accommodation for family members or employees, both of which will require planning permission.

Our staff have the broad range of experience necessary to undertake a Needs Assessment.  This will be used to assess the need for the accommodation and that the supporting business or enterprise will be sustainable.

Our staff’s expertise allows them to assess the current business and staffing levels and, following a careful appraisal of your proposals, review the additional requirements.  They will work alongside you to ‘stress test’ the identified need, so you are confident in the scheme and can prove this to the local authority in support of a planning application.
