This service is ideal if you’re a very experienced landlord but don’t want to go to the trouble of finding a tenant and setting up the tenancy. If you choose ‘tenant find’ we will find a suitable tenant, prepare the tenancy agreement and arrange for all parties to sign and arrange key exchange. At the point at which the tenancy commences, we will transfer the deposit to you and you will be responsible for the day to day management of the tenancy and lodging the deposit within a Government approved deposit protection scheme.
Effectively the same principle as ‘tenant find’ however GSC Grays would lodge the deposit within a Government approved deposit protection scheme (The Deposit Protection Service) for the duration of the tenancy period and create a detailed photographic and written inventory. At the end of the tenancy period, GSC Grays will instruct the release of the deposit on your instruction. In the event of a dispute at the end of the tenancy relating to damages / rent arrears, GSC Grays are able to assist you with this on a time charge basis.
