In 2020 the way in which we worked changed.  We immediately adapted to a new way of bringing buyers and sellers together. A surge in enquiries from people hoping to buy in the region lead to the need to produce high-quality video tours which have since proved to be an invaluable selling tool.

We are proud to say that we have kept up our high levels of service throughout, often working from home under difficult conditions and dealing with clients experiencing a new and stressful selling landscape.

Our latest podcast examined why now is a good time to sell, and what can you expect from us during this time?

  • Your initial enquiry will be dealt with by a knowledgeable member of staff who will guide you through every step of the market appraisal process.
  • We will treat your information with confidentiality and make suitable arrangements for our valuer to visit your home, following all up-to-date guidelines on social distancing.
  • Our valuer will be able to give you helpful tips on presentation, timing, and most importantly, how to price your property to achieve optimum results.
  • We welcome questions, either during or after the market appraisal and our experienced and friendly branch members will help you with any aspect of the sales process that you are unsure of.

Once you have decided that we are the right option for you, we will guide you through the process, from discussing the best type of marketing, taking photographs (and a video tour if desired) agreeing the way in which we will show the property to potential buyers and then when you are ready, making the property “live” to potential viewers on our frequently updated database of buyers.

We will be there at every step of the process, discussing viewing feedback and communicating about the best way forward. We handle viewing enquiries in a very bespoke way, liaising with you at all stages about what you feel comfortable doing or arranging our staff to show your house for you.  It is this hands-on approach that truly sets us apart.

When you have agreed to a sale on your property, we will put you in the capable hands of our dedicated Sales Progression team who will look after you through to exchange and completion. Their job is to keep in touch with the other agents and solicitors in the chain and update you regularly.
