Main Purpose of the job:
GSC Gray's Environment & Sustainability team work with land owners, farmers and land managers to support sustainable management of the natural environment. As an E&S Consultant you will help clients to deliver conservation projects that have lasting environmental, social and economic benefits. The skills we are looking for in you:
• Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
• Knowledge of letting legislation desirable but not essential.
• ARLA qualified – Level 3 Residential Letting & Property Management.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with clients and colleagues.
• Ability to manage time effectively, prioritising tasks and projects to ensure that deadlines are met.
• Works in an organised and methodical fashion, with high level of attention to detail.
