Our Offices
The inaugural Agency Conference took place at the beginning of February, bringing together both the Agency staff and other members of staff from across the business. Set to be a social event with an undertone of reiterating values, ethos and standards, it was educational for all and in particular the new starters.
With guest speakers from across the business, our Managing Director and other Directors kindly gave more of an insight into the business as a whole, the direction we are going in and other areas of company. Our External Trainer, Gayle helped with the smooth transition of the afternoon, focussing on the theme ‘Our Staff’, ‘Our Services’ and ‘Our Clients’. With the fabulous “Two Ronnies” joining us for a Q&A session, there were some insightful questions asked.
It was also intended to be a platform for acknowledging and celebrating the Agency Teams, so our award ceremony was aimed at producing competitive nominations and to reward those who have excelled. The afternoon was rounded off with refreshments and a chance for all Agency staff to get to mingle and get to know one another a little better, putting some faces to names. With superb feedback, we all very much look forward to next year.
