We are recruiting for a Graphic Designer to join our team on a fixed term contract for 12 months at our Head office in Colburn, North Yorkshire.
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Graphic Designer is responsible for creating visually appealing and impactful designs that adhere to brand guidelines and support the company’s marketing and communication goals. This includes designing materials for digital and print media, collaborating with internal teams on creative projects, and ensuring brand consistency across all marketing materials. Additionally, one day per week will be allocated for general marketing administration, including supporting the team with tasks such as email management, organising materials, and assisting in campaign planning.

We are looking for a Senior Administrator to join our growing team at our Head office in Colburn, North Yorkshire. You will be part of a team of Administrators where you will support and ensure the smooth day-to-day running of our Estate Management Department. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome and greet all visitors to the office.
• Typing of letters, emails, reports, creating Excel spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations
• Dealing with telephone calls and emails
• Photocopying, scanning, printing and electronic filing
• Assisting with archiving
• Opening and distribution of incoming post; delivering outgoing post to local post office or franked mail postbox
• Email and diary management and arranging meetings for fee earners
• Greeting visitors, managing meeting rooms and arranging refreshments and catering when required
• Monthly invoicing on Sage, Coretime and dealing with petty cash as necessary
• Ensuring the office is fully stocked with stationery and consumables
• Attending meetings and taking minutes
• Liaising with the HR department regarding onboarding of new starters
• Assisting the Head of Office with the running of the office
• Fire warden and first aider for the office
