We are recruiting for a Senior Sales Negotiator to join our thriving team in the beautiful market town of Barnard Castle.

In this pivotal role, you’ll manage a portfolio of stunning properties, build lasting relationships with clients, and play a key part in our continued success. If you thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and love all things property, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcoming clients and visitors to the branch with warmth and professionalism
  • Registering applicants and maintaining accurate, up-to-date records
  • Arranging and conducting property viewings, gathering insightful feedback
  • Negotiating offers and progressing sales with confidence and care
  • Supporting market appraisals with local knowledge and research
  • Assisting with property launches and collaborating with our Marketing team
  • Working closely with our Sales Progression team to ensure smooth transactions

We are recruiting for a Graphic Designer to join our team on a fixed term contract for 12 months at our Head office in Colburn, North Yorkshire.

Role overview

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Graphic Designer is responsible for creating visually appealing and impactful designs that adhere to brand guidelines and support the company’s marketing and communication goals. This includes designing materials for digital and print media, collaborating with internal teams on creative projects, and ensuring brand consistency across all marketing materials. Additionally, one day per week will be allocated for general marketing administration, including supporting the team with tasks such as email management, organising materials, and assisting in campaign planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and produce visually appealing content for brochures, magazines, banners, email signatures and Mailchimp templates.
  • Administrative tasks relating to design and events.
  • Proactively suggest new creative ideas and insights.
  • Create engaging graphics for social media platform collaborating closely with internal departments as required. 
  • Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a Graphic Designer or creative role
  • Must have experience in Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
  • WordPress for website updates and content management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work with external printers and publication managers to obtain and compare prices for printing, signage, and promotional merchandise.
  • Excellent multitasking abilities, balancing multiple design, marketing, and administrative tasks simultaneously.
  • High attention to detail with a strong focus on maintaining brand consistency in all materials.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Administrator to join our growing team at our Head office in Colburn, North Yorkshire. You will be part of a team of Administrators where you will support and ensure the smooth day-to-day running of our Estate Management Department. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:


• Welcome and greet all visitors to the office.
• Typing of letters, emails, reports, creating Excel spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations
• Dealing with telephone calls and emails
• Photocopying, scanning, printing and electronic filing
• Assisting with archiving 
• Opening and distribution of incoming post; delivering outgoing post to local post office or franked mail postbox 
• Email and diary management and arranging meetings for fee earners
• Greeting visitors, managing meeting rooms and arranging refreshments and catering when required 
• Monthly invoicing on Sage, Coretime and dealing with petty cash as necessary
• Ensuring the office is fully stocked with stationery and consumables
• Attending meetings and taking minutes
• Liaising with the HR department regarding onboarding of new starters
• Assisting the Head of Office with the running of the office 
• Fire warden and first aider for the office


What we're looking for:

  • Professional telephone manner whilst being both warm and welcoming
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint, outlook and SharePoint
  • Knowledge/use of CRM System is preferrable but not essential
  • Audio-typing skills to a high standard 
  • Excellent organisational skills with a problem-solving approach to tasks
  • Excellent standard of written English language with a high attention to detail
  • Capability to prioritise busy workload and manage time effectively
