Adam Jaeban appointed Director at GSC Grays

GSC Grays, the rural land and property specialists, has appointed Adam Jaeban as a Director to strengthen its expertise across the North of England and the Scottish Borders.

Adam has relocated to Cumbria, where he grew up on a small farm in the Derwent Valley. He will lead the GSC Grays offices in Kirkby Lonsdale and Penrith which provide estate management, agency, valuation and farming advice to clients across Cumbria, Lancashire, the Yorkshire Dales and the Scottish Borders.

He is a member of RICS, a Registered Valuer and a Fellow of the CAAV, having graduated in Rural Enterprise and Land Management from Harper Adams University in 2013. Adam has extensive experience advising rural property owners, including private individuals, family trusts, charities, lenders and public sector clients.

Adam has spent most of his career working across the Midlands and the North of England and has also served on the national executive board of a rural property consultancy business.

Guy Coggrave, Chief Executive Officer, GSC Grays said “We are delighted to welcome Adam to the team, further strengthening GSC Grays commitment to supporting our clients during a time of strategic transition. He brings particular expertise in valuation and tenancy matters, together with a practical understanding of the significant challenges currently facing many farm businesses.

“As a business, we employ over 125 members of staff across 10 offices throughout the North of England and the Scottish Borders. Our strong local presence enables us to deliver trusted, practical advice as farmers and landowners navigate increasing economic, environmental and political pressures. As a local farmer himself, Adam brings valuable first hand insight into the opportunities and challenges facing the farming sector across the region.”
