Getting to know...
Having grown up on a local farm in Swaledale, John joined GSC Grays in July 2013 to concentrate on Estate Management, and in particular, the enhancement and running of rural sporting estates.
In recent years John has become involved in the renewable energy sector and provides advice to clients across the North of England.
I’ve always taken enjoyment from being able to provide a bespoke service to clients which looks at their individual requirements and helps build long-term relationships.
John is a qualified chartered surveyor and has experience in the delivery of Estate and Sporting Management across a wide number of Estates in Yorkshire, County Durham, and Northumberland.
Priding himself on being able to give honest and holistic advice, John also works with a number of private clients, advising them on areas including renewable energy, landlord and tenant issues, compensation claims, and a full range of environmental matters including Countryside Stewardship and grant applications.
