BOUNDARY DISPUTE

Often, drawings and plans from previous transactions are used in conveyances which, if incorrect, can lead to years of boundary disputes which can be very costly and stressful.

EXPERT WITNESS

Expert Witnesses are often used to resolve disputes between parties on land and property related matters. GSC Grays have a number of surveyors who are qualified to act as Expert Witnesses.

MEDIATION

Mediation is most commonly recognised as a form of alternative dispute resolution and something which is to be tried before going to court.
