Since joining GSC Grays in July 2018 and becoming a qualified chartered surveyor in 2020, Alice has become an integral part of the Planning and Development team. Alice is an Associate working from our Barnard Castle office who is bringing forward large scale strategic development sites. In this role she negotiates option and promotion agreements with housebuilders. Alice also assists with the project management of large-scale infrastructure installations including the construction of roads, roundabouts, foul and surface water drainage.
Alice also has experience in successfully reviewing developments impacted by nutrient neutrality and air quality issues.
Outside strategic planning matters, Alice has expertise in negotiating telecoms mast lease renewals and new Code agreements on behalf of landowners as far afield as London. She frequently uses her detailed understanding of the sector to defend clients’ interests who are threatened with code powers by aggressive operators.
I ENJOY WORKING WITHIN A YOUNG AND VIBRANT WORKPLACE WHICH COMBINES THE EXPERTISE OF WELL-ESTABLISHED COLLEAGUES WITH THE NEW IDEAS OF THE YOUNGER GENERATION OF SURVEYORS AND FARM CONSULTANTS. GSC GRAYS IS A FUN, DYNAMIC AND EXCITING PLACE TO WORK AND I AM PROUD TO BE A PART OF THAT.
