Calum heads up the Planning and Development team at GSC Gray’s which delivers advice across a wide spectrum of projects. Calum’s own development work is primarily relating to Urban Extensions, Strategic and mixed-use sites across Yorkshire, Durham and Northumberland. Alongside this, Calum supports colleagues more widely across the region.
As a dispute resolver, Calum has an active case load, ranging from development land value expert witness reports to agricultural arbitrations and mediations in a variety of property related disputes.
Calum brings an analytical and strategic approach to every job, has a can-do attitude and provides considered, timely and tailored advice to his clients.
Connect with Calum via LinkedInI have always enjoyed the challenge of a varied workload and the reward of helping a client through, what are often technical or difficult issues. This puts a spring in my step and by working with fantastic people, I feel great pride in what we achieve together.
