Staff Management & Recruitment

GSC Grays are experienced in the recruitment of staff, both domestic and outdoor, as part of our estate management service.

We are able to recruit staff of all descriptions from gamekeepers to gardeners and from cleaners to chefs. The services we offer include:

  • An independent staff appraisal service, providing an objective assessment of individuals and their working environment to assist you in the effective management of your employees
  • Helping to develop and implement workplace policies/procedures
  • The resolution of staff grievances including the provision of a workplace mediation service
  • Recruitment of temporary and permanent staff by the most suitable means, whether that be advertising or discreetly liaising with appropriate agencies
  • Interviewing candidates, short-listing, reporting on each and arranging final interviews
  • Arranging additional or specialist help for functions and other occasions
